**Warm up appropriately, don't be stupid**
Target Muscles: Quadriceps, Hamstrings, Gracilis, Gastrocnemius, Gluteus Maximus.
Mandatory 100 Burpees. 100 Squat Jumps. 100 Mountain Climbers. 100 Irish Jig. No breaks in between.

No excuses.
